教师法律素养与教育公平的实现

摘要:
教育公平通过宏观和微观两条途径实现。微观上的教育公平实现途径是通过教师来执行的,同时公平是法律和教育共同的价值目标。教师的法律素养对实现教育公平具有重要作用,这主要表现为通过影响教师的教育教学理念、教育教学态度和教育教学行为来实现的。

Abstract:
Education Justice is to be realizied through two ways,that is macro and micro. The micro way to realize Education Justice is by teachers to perform and the justice is the common value goal for the law and education. This means the teachers’ law quality has the important effect for realizing education Justice. The effect of teachers’ law quality to education Justice is achieved by affecting the education and teaching ideas, attitudes and behavior of teachers.
