他山之石:国际卓越教师培养之成功经验

摘要:
进入21世纪,国际教师教育改革呈现出培养卓越教师的价值取向。国际卓越教师培养的成功经验表明:在卓越教师培养中必须坚持专业原则和教育正义原则。专业原则体现在严格的职前教师选拔制度、研究型教师培养以及职前教师实习等环节。选拔具有专业潜质的优秀人才是培养卓越教师的基础与前提。通过提升职前教师的教育理论素养、加强其学术研究方法的训练以及循序渐进地将教育理论与实践融合的教学实习体系,实现职前教师教育的准备与“脚手架”功能。教育正义原则首先体现在教师教育过程的公正,其次体现为培养教师的社会正义感。

Abstract:
In the 21st century, the reform of international teacher education presents the value orientation of cultivating excellent teachers. The successful experience of internationally excellent teachers shows adhering to professional principles and education justice principles in the cultivation of excellent teachers. The professional principles are embodied in the strict selection system of preservice teachers, the training of researchoriented teachers, the practice of preservice teachers, and so on. It is the basis and precondition of cultivating excellent teachers that selecting outstanding talents who possess professional potential. By improving the educational theory literacy of preservice teachers, strengthening the training of academic research methods, and the teaching practice system gradually integrating educational theory and practice, we can achieve preservice teacher education preparation and scaffolding function. The principles of education justice is firstly reflected in the fairness of the process of teacher education, and secondly, it is reflected in the training of teachers’ sense of social justice.
