Abstract:
In the 21st century, the reform of international teacher education presents the value orientation of cultivating excellent teachers. The successful experience of internationally excellent teachers shows adhering to professional principles and education justice principles in the cultivation of excellent teachers. The professional principles are embodied in the strict selection system of preservice teachers, the training of researchoriented teachers, the practice of preservice teachers, and so on. It is the basis and precondition of cultivating excellent teachers that selecting outstanding talents who possess professional potential. By improving the educational theory literacy of preservice teachers, strengthening the training of academic research methods, and the teaching practice system gradually integrating educational theory and practice, we can achieve preservice teacher education preparation and scaffolding function. The principles of education justice is firstly reflected in the fairness of the process of teacher education, and secondly, it is reflected in the training of teachers’ sense of social justice.
