Abstract:
The fragment of Li Bai’s poetry anthology found in Dunhuang is the earliest existing transcripts, which has a high value of textual criticism, bibliology and philology. This paper tries to analyse the reasons variant characters emerged, and compare the pros and cons of correctness. We can investigate the situation of ecrits of the manuscripts era and find features about how poem text changed in the process of circulating in this case. Furthermore, we can use this as an opportunity to calculate when the poems were written and identify the authenticity in order to promote the research of Li Bai’s poem texts.
