Abstract:
The Belt and Road embodies the strategic traits of state promotion, comprehensive planning and overall layout, and the initiative characteristics of joint cooperation and mutual benefit. As the new characteristics of international politics and the new requirements of international exchanges, the construction of soft power characterizes identity and the attraction of cultural formation’s development, and the new trend of evolution of international influence power. In reality, the construction of soft power in the Belt and Road is prominent in the epochal theme of soft environment and hard power, and developed in the utterance expression engraved by material culture.The contemporary display of the shape of soft power of the Belt and Road stresses mutual support in political mediation and economic foundation, and germinates in value interpretation of political concept and state transformation of cultural implication. The development of reality released by the soft power of the Belt and Road interprets in the mutual opposite way of different subjects and mutual learning of civilizations, and is sublimated in value communication, understanding and orientation of soft power of complementary advantages. In this sense, the construction of soft power as cultural implication of the Belt and Road displays the oriental context constructed by the soft power with harmonious sharing of mutual trust and mutual respect of people of all countries along the Belt and Road, and winwin cooperation of mutual learning among civilizations.
