摘要:
诚信是优良伦理文化的价值本体。一个精神生活风气淳朴、健全和优良的现代公共性社会,一定是以普遍意义上的诚信伦理信念成为社会道德主体之共识和主导性规制为标识的。后发现代性社会,面对因日益明显的社会领域由合一到分化的现实,诚信伦理文化建设的理论反思和当代建构努力,基于对血亲、宗法为本位的传统“熟人社会”道德情境(封闭、私人性和狭隘排外性)之理智分析、评判和超越,吁求自由、自主、开放性的社会公共生活空间,以及规范的市场经济之合作、互惠、利他等新的道德价值信念的出场。其努力所指,在于强调“社会质量”理论视角的有效介入,尝试借鉴并运用现代社会治理和善治的理论和方法,秉承以治理和善治求取最佳态的诚信伦理文化实践的信念,藉此渐进性而后实质性地从根本上改变“诚信的人与不诚信的社会”之悖谬性现实。

Abstract:
Honesty is the essence of good ethical culture. A modern public society, which is simple, healthy and good in the spirit of life, must be marked by the common sense of good faith and ethics as the main body of the society. After the development of modern society, facing the increasingly obvious social field for one to differentiate by reality, theoretical reflection on the integrity of the building of ethical culture and contemporary construction efforts of consanguinity and patriarchal clan system as the standard of the traditional “acquaintance society” moral situation based on (closed, private and parochial exclusiviry) of reason analysis, and evaluation beyond, appeal for freedom and openness of the public living space, and the appearance of moral confidence in the market economy of cooperation, reciprocity, etc. of the new. His efforts are an effective intervention emphasizing “from the perspective” of social quality theory, try to learn and use the theory and method of modern social governance and good governance, adhering to the governance of He Shanzhi to get the best state of the ethical practice of faith, thereby substantially progressive and fundamentally change the“reality paradox of honesty people with good faith society”.
