Study on the Internal Driving Force of College Students’ Organization From the Perspective of Learningoriented Organization

Abstract:
The development of college students’ organization has an irreplaceable role in improving the comprehensive quality and ability of college students. Under the guidance of Learningoriented Organization Theory, constructing a system with multidimensional interconnected organization goal, a system with flexible organizational structure and a comprehensive and effective organizational learning system are the expected content of constructing a learningoriented organization. At the same time, in order to further stimulate the development of the students’ organization, this paper puts forward the suggestion of constructing an excellent student work team, improving student organization management and supervision, innovating organization development culture and so on.
