大学教师教学哲学陈述:

摘要:
教学哲学陈述不仅是大学教师教学学术的核心,而且对创建和维系有利于教学改进的大学校园文化是必不可少的。大学教师明确陈述个人的教学哲学对学生、行政人员和教师自身都有着重要的作用。教学哲学陈述既可以通过个体的价值体系、政策声明、教学目标、教学方法和教学文本来体现,也可以通过其他艺术化的形式来表达。由于教学哲学陈述基本上是一种个性化表达,因此并无固定内容或既定的表达方式。教学哲学陈述应体现为职责统一、专业知识、师生关系、学习环境、价值传递、方法策略和创新以及教学效果等7个维度。

Abstract:
The statement of teaching philosophy is not only the core of college teachers’ scholarship of teaching, but is also essential to creating and maintaining a campus culture supportive of teaching. The statement of teaching philosophy may be expressed in a statement of beliefs that reflect a value system, a policy statement, a list of objectives and how they are achieved, a teaching essay, or as other art forms. Since the statement of teaching philosophy is basically an individual expression, there is no required content or set formulation for delivery. According to this, this article suggests the following seven dimensions about the statement of teaching philosophy: integration of responsibilities, expertise, relationships, learning environment, values imparted, methods, strategies, innovations and outcomes.
