Abstract:
As the main body of vocational education activities, vocational college students enjoy the same rights as other ordinary college students. But because of the characteristics of vocational colleges, the students rights also have the characteristics of vocational colleges. With the development of the lega process and improvement of administering education according to the law, the content of the vocational colleges students rights have been constantly enriched and strengthened. However, in the vocational education law and relevant laws and regulations, there still exists problems such as unclearness of students rights for vocational college, lack of relief mechanism and so on. Therefore, the rights of vocational college students should be strengthened and protected from the perspective of legislation, the subject of legal liability protection should be defined,vocational college students rights remedy mechanism should be perfected, and the vocational college students’ rights protection mechanism should be established and improved.
