The reality of ecological disorder of pollution and disorder of spiritual life and exhaustion of spiritual capital presses closer and closer to common people, who begin to personally feel the hidden worry and dilemma caused by the crisis of spiritual life and badly need to reflect and reconsider their rights of spiritual life and spiritual capital and insurance of their welfare of human public spiritual life.
