当代教师角色转换的困境及其出路

摘要:
时代的发展给教育带来了许多新的理念、特征和变化,教师在教育教学实践中要不断转变角色去适应这些变化。然而,受多种因素影响,教师在角色转换中陷入了内涵缺失、角色失调、距离阻隔等困境。为此,要通过提高认识,加强反思,体验教师的角色转换;多方关注,理性面对,转变对教师角色期待;学校支持,多元引控、彰显教师的个人风格等方式来促进教师角色转换。

On the Dilemma and Settlements of Teachers’ Role Transformation in New Times

Abstract:
Many new concepts,characteristics and changes have been generated in education areas with the development of times.To adapt to the new changes in their teaching practices, teachers are required to make a role transformation.However,because of various factors,some dilemmas are produced in the process,such as the loss of coonotation,teachers’ role imbalance and the separation of distance.Therefore,some Firstly,teachers should raise awareness and strengthen reflection to experience the role transformation;secondly,from the social perspective people should pay a multifocus of attention and face rationally on the expectation from teachers.At last,schools should give support and guidance,multiple control and reveal teachers’ style to promote the teachers’ role transformation.
