Abstract:
Political economics is essentially a science of history. Its tradition of historical analysis presents itself not only Marxist theories but also in the historical evolution of political economics itself. Lacking of a view of history is the greatest malpractice in current studies of political economics, simply transferring from one concept to another without any Chinese element. To contribute Chinese wisdom to innovative development of Marxism political economics, Chinese element, a perspective of history, should be transplanted in studies of political economics by reshaping the view of history of the discipline. By documenting historical materials, a Chinese view of history will be established in the realm of Marxism political economics and its innovative development will be enhanced with the introduction of Chinese wisdom by combining the tradition of historical analysis of the discipline with traditional Chinese wisdom and Chinese tradition of historical culture.
