Abstract:
Education, which is responsible for training citizens, is one of the major issues in the theory of state law. In terms of contents of national education, there are two models of education: value neutrality education and nonvalue neutrality education. Under the former model, the state doesn’t pursue any specific world outlook or values while under the latter, it follows clearly a particular world outlook or values. Since our constitution adopts the model of nonvalue neutrality education, college teachers in our country both enjoy research freedom and carry out socialist education as a constitutional duty.
