知识教学促进能力发展的复杂关系和有效教学方式

摘要:
知识教学对能力发展的影响可能产生正负向平衡和不平衡四种状态。知识自然而然地转化为能力的程度相当有限,自觉的教学方式是知识教学促进能力发展达到正向平衡和不平衡的有效方式,是以较小的知识教学投入达到能力发展最大效果的方式。数学、语文和教育学等不同学科知识有不同的领域和层面,需要不同的能力和有效教学方式。不同知识教学活动应该根据不同知识领域、层面和教学目标选择不同的有效教学方式,促进知识的有效教学、知识向能力的有效转化、教师教育教学能力的提高。

Complex Relationships in and Effective Teaching Means of Promoting Ability Development with Knowledge Teaching

Abstract:
Knowledge teaching has positive, negative, balanced and imbalanced on ability development. Since a natural conversion of knowledge to ability happens only to a limited degree, selfconscious means of knowledge teaching offers the most effective way promote positive balanced and imbalanced ability development. Mathematics, Chinese language and literature and education belong to different disciplines and academic areas and call for different abilities and different effective teaching means. Therefore different effective teaching means should be chosen to carry out different teaching activities with different domains and levels of knowledge and different teaching objectives to enhance effective teaching of knowledge, effective conversion of knowledge into ability and improvement of the teacher’s ability of teaching and education.
