Abstract:
In terms of macroscopic institutional environment, rural economy and logistics of agricultural products, this study made an observation and analysis of the imbalance of the structure of agricultural products relationship in northwestern China. Based on the results, the author brings forward a general idea of constructing the mechanism for sustainable development of agricultural products logistics in the west by speeding up innovations in system. To speed up innovations in system, something must be done to transform the existing conceptions and governmental functions, create a macroscopic institutional environment and introduce a mechanism of comprehensive decisionmaking. Those binding measures to rural economic development in the west should be neutralized to establish a stereoscopic guarantee mechanism for improving the quality of development. Moreover, effort should be made to strengthen the function of farm products logistics and establish an integrated operative system to actualize innovations in administration. With all these done, we can hope to actually promote the mechanism of sustainable construction and find a sound and reasonable road to social advancement.
