数字新质生产力与我国农业的高质量发展研究

摘要:
数字技术与传统生产力三要素的深度融合产生了数字新质生产力,数字新质生产力的发展推动了国民经济各产业的转型升级。将数字技术应用在农业生产全过程,会使得传统农业生产力三要素发生改变,形成数字农业劳动者、数字农业劳动资料和数字农业劳动对象三要素,在新的三要素共同作用下进而产生数字农业新质生产力。随着数字农业新质生产力的不断发展,必将推动以创新驱动农产品量质提升、协调农村产业和城乡结构、绿色理念引领农业低碳发展、开放拓展农业资源和市场、农民共享发展成果的农业高质量发展。数字技术推动农业高质量发展的实现路径,需从数字农业新质生产力的三要素出发,即加快培养农业数字化人才、升级数字化农业劳动资料、以数字技术广化、深化农业劳动对象。

Research on Digital New Quality Productivity and Highquality Development of Chinese Agriculture

Abstract:
The deep integration of digital technology and traditional productivity has produced digital new quality productivity, and the development of digital new quality productivity had promoted the transformation and upgrading of various industries in the national economy. The application of digital technology in the whole process of agricultural production would change the three elements of traditional agricultural productivity, forming three elements of digital agricultural laborers, digital agricultural labor materials and digital agricultural labor objects. Under the joint action of the new three elements, digital agricultural new quality productivity would be generated. With the continuous development of the new quality productivity of digital agriculture, it would promote the highquality development of agriculture that promotes the quality and quantity of agricultural products driven by innovation, coordinates the structure of rural industries and urban and rural areas, leads the lowcarbon development of agriculture with green concepts, opens and optimizes agricultural resources and markets, and enables farmers to share the fruits of development. The realization path of digital technology to promote the highquality development of agriculture needs to start from the three elements of digital agricultural new quality productivity, namely, accelerating the training of agricultural digital talents, digitally upgrading agricultural labor materials, digital technology broadening and deepening agricultural labor objects.
