Abstract:
In the new era, under the personal planning, leadership, promotion and participation of Xi Jinping, as an important part of the country’s overall diplomacy but different from intergovernmental diplomacy, the party diplomacy of the CPC, which is an important part of the country’s overall diplomacy, has been in the practice of diplomatic mechanisms. Significant achievements have been made: firstly, new progress has been made in the bilateral mechanism of important party diplomacy, and new achievements have been made in the bilateral mechanism in the areas along the “Belt and Road” initiative; secondly, combined with the overall diplomatic strategic task, creatively built supporting regional (regional) multilateral mechanisms, made new contributions to majorcountry diplomacy with Chinese characteristics; thirdly, taken the initiative to create leaders of the CPC and world political parties. The summit mechanism has realized a new leap in the multilateral mechanism of global party diplomacy. All kinds of party diplomacy mechanisms are characterized by advanced nature, unity and inclusiveness. At the same time, valuable experience has also been accumulated in practice: adhering to the centralized and unified leadership of the party, and forming a party diplomacy coordination mechanism in which the Party Central Committee takes the overall situation and coordinates all parties; combined with actual international influence, gradually building a large layout of the global party diplomacy mechanism; scientifically judging the world trend, seizing and making good use of the historical opportunity for the development of the party diplomacy mechanism; always insisting on advancing with the times and innovating the issues and forms of the party diplomacy mechanism.
