Abstract:
The new democratic normal education model arose from the need of revolution and class struggle. It is its original intention and mission to awaken the people and train red and professional teachers and cadres. In practice,the normal education has formed a diversified and integrated normal education system, a normal curriculum system combining politics, culture and specialty, and an eclectic and flexible method of normal education. On this basis, summarizing its successful experience lies in the establishment of the party’s leading position in normal education, relying on the masses to run normal education, normal education combined with labor, training red and special teachers of normal education, assume the cadre training of normal education. These experiences not only enrich the theoretical treasure house of new democratic education, but also play an important role in deepening the reform of teacher education in the new era.
