Abstract:
Chinese modernization is the distillation and summary of the road, system, goal, characteristics, essential requirements and major principles of the Chinese path to modernization. The value contained in it is the value concept of socialism with Chinese characteristics, namely Chinese value. The generation of Chinese value has theoretical logic, historical logic and practical logic. It is based on five core values and formed in the process of exploring China’s modernization road with typical Chinese style. In the context of political change, Chinese value has experienced the process of combating, contesting and reshaping between Chinese traditional value and modern value since modern China. Chinese value represents the spirit of China as a method, which is of great significance to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, to the innovative development of scientific socialist theory, to the construction of a new pattern of international society and to a new form of human advancement. Thoroughly explaining Chinese values from the multiple dimensions of history, thought and theory, steadfastly building and promoting Chinese values are the keys to constructing the discourse system of the Chinese modernization.
