Abstract:
Peace and development are the consensus of human society. Dynamic balance between development and security is an enduring issue. Although the world is now in a period influenced both by the big change and the great epidemic, being swept by Covid19, the process of economic globalization is interrupted, unrest sources and risks increased markedly, deeply changed global political, economic and security patterns as well as human life,the process of global management system reform is handicapped, peace and development remain theme of the times and thesis of the times. General security and common development become new element of the themes of the times in the postcoronavirus era. Beneficial interaction between higherquality development and higherlevel security needs to be achieved urgently so as to realize coexistence and development in the context of newtype globalization. China implements the concept of balance and commonality, takes both the domestic and international situations into consideration, balances development and security, shoulders the heavy responsibility of leading global development fearlessly, firmly upholds multilateralism, promotes fairness and justice, safeguards the common values and common interests of human society,and provides Chinese experience for planning for general security and common development.
