一、招生类别及专业
（一）招生类别：本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生。
（二）招生专业：
1.中文授课专业详见附件。
2.英文授课专业：
（1）博士专业：教育学、化学、计算机软件与技术、材料学；
（2）硕士专业：中国哲学、历史文化遗产保护与工程、马克思主义中国化研究（中国发展与国家治理）。
备注：不招收除汉语之外的其他语言文学类专业的学生，除英语外其他语种翻译专业不受限制。
二、资助内容
奖学金为全额奖学金，内容包括：
1.免学费及注册费
2.免住宿费
3.提供奖学金生活费：
本科生：2500元/月
硕士研究生：3000元/月
博士研究生：3500元/月
因疫情等原因学生在境外进行线上学习的，奖学金资助办法按有关规定执行。
4.提供来华留学生综合医疗保险
三、报名条件
（一）申请人须为美国籍公民，身体健康
（二）学历和年龄要求
1.攻读学士学位者，须具有高中毕业证书，年龄不超过25周岁；
2.攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；
3.攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁。
（三）语言要求
申请以中文为专业教学语言的学科、专业的，攻读学士学位者，申请时中文水平原则上至少达到汉语水平考试（HSK）三级，本科生中文水平未达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级180分的，需在指定的预科院校进行为期一年的预科学习；攻读硕士、博士学位者，申请时中文水平原则上至少达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级。
四、报名方式
申请人须登录中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统（www.campuschina.org）进行网上报名（受理机构代码：10718，选择类型为B）。同时，须登录陕西师范大学国际学生在线服务系统（snnu.17gz.org）进行网上报名。
五、申请材料
1.最高学历证明；
2.成绩单；
3.科研成果（如有，请提交）；
4.来华学习/研究计划；
5.两封推荐信（申请硕士、博士者，推荐人应为教授或副教授）；
6.汉语水平考试（HSK）证书（申请中文授课专业者需提供）；
7.护照照片页；
8.身体健康证明；
9.无犯罪记录证明。

2022-2023 Chinese Government Scholarship
China-U.S. Students Program
In order to attract more outstanding American students, Shaanxi Normal University (SNNU) is entrusted to undertake the enrollment of China-U.S. Students Program for Students in Degree Programs. Excellent American students are welcome to apply.
I. Enrollment category and major
1. Enrollment category: This scholarship supports students who will pursue a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and doctoral at SNNU
2. Enrollment major:
(1) See the attachment for details of Chinese-taught Majors.
(2) English-taught Majors:
PhD: Education, Chemistry, Computer Software and Technology, Material Science;
Master: Chinese Philosophy, Historical and Cultural Heritage Protection and Engineering, Research on the Sinicization of Marxism (China's Development and National Governance).
Applicants who would like to study language and literature other than Chinese can not apply. Major of translation in other languages other than English are not restricted.
Ⅱ. Scholarship Coverage and Criteria
This is a full scholarship which covers
1. Registration fee and tuition waiver
2. Free accommodation on campus
3. Stipend：
Undergraduate students: CNY 2500 per month
Master students: CNY 3000 per month
Doctoral students: CNY 3500 per month
For students who conduct online learning abroad due to epidemic and other reasons, the scholarship subsidy measures shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions.

Ⅲ. Application Requirements
1. The applicant must be a U.S. citizen, and be in good health
2. Degree and Age Requirements
(1)Bachelor’s degree applicants must have a high school diploma and be under the age of 25.
(2)Master’s degree applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35.
(3)Doctoral degree applicants must have a master’s degree and be under the age of 40.
3. Language requirements
For Chinese-taught programs, Bachelor’s degree applicants must pass HSK Level 3. Undergraduates whose Chinese proficiency does not reach HSK Level 4 with a score of 180 must take one year of preparatory study at a designated preparatory university. Master’s and Doctoral degree applicants must pass HSK Level 4.
Ⅳ. Application Procedure
Applicants shall complete online application at CSC Online Application System for International Students (www.campuschina.org). Our agency number is 10718 and please choose the type B. At the same time, applicants shall complete online application at Shaanxi Normal University Online Application System for International Students (snnu.17gz.org).

4. Study Plan or Research Proposal；
5. Two Recommendation Letters (For Master’s and Doctoral degree applicants, two recommendation letters shall be signed by professor or associate professor.)

8. Physical Examination Form;
9. Non-criminal Record.
