落鑫,男,中共党员,汉族,1988年3月出生于内蒙古包头,英国爱丁堡大学教育学博士,欧洲伊拉斯谟(挪威,瑞典,爱尔兰和马耳他四国高校联合培养)学前教育硕士,北京师范大学教育学学士(辅修英语,获英语双学位)。

2019.12-至今 陕西师范大学,教育学院,特聘副研究员
2015.01-2019.06: 英国爱丁堡大学,教育学院,获哲学博士学位。期间获爱丁堡大学校长职业生涯发展奖学金,资助金额约55000英镑(约合500000人民币)。
爱丁堡大学教育学院教师发展培训助理,参与并主持爱丁堡2018中英校长论坛,参与2017-2018年浙江省教育厅高级校长海外培训项目;参与主持若干中英高级别文化教育交流活动,在2018年爱丁堡国际艺术节期间荣获“一带一路”中英青年文化交流大使。
2012.08-2014.11:欧洲伊拉斯谟学前教育硕士项目,先后就读于挪威奥斯陆城市大学,爱尔兰都柏林理工大学,马耳他大学和瑞典哥德堡大学,获欧洲四国联合学前教育硕士。期间获欧盟伊拉斯谟奖学金支持,资助金额约48000欧元(约合380000人民币)
2007.09-2011.06:北京师范大学,获教育学学士(辅修英语,获得文学双学位)。
