个人简介

郭忠新,男,生于19759月,教授,博导。2010年获University of Oklahoma-Norman植物学博士学位,美国University of California-Riverside博后及副研究员。曾入选福建省领军人才“百人计划”、“闽江学者”特聘教授和省B类高层次人才。主要研究拟南芥、番茄和水稻抗病毒免疫作用机理及应用,研究课题得到国家自然基金及省级重点基金支持,研究成果发表在顶级期刊Nature Reviews Immunology和国际一流期刊PNASPant Cell Plant PhysiologyPLOS PathogensHorticulture ResearchNature Communications等。

研究方向

1、重大番茄病毒病抗性基因的挖掘、作用机理解释及育种应用

2、拟南芥中RNAi介导的抗病毒免疫作用机理

3、新型蚜虫传水稻病毒RLTVRITV与水稻互作
