个人简介
郭骞欢,女,实验师。2013年7月在山东农业大学生物技术系工作。主要从事小麦抗逆基因的克隆和功能鉴定,植物组织快繁技术改进与优化等工作。独立主持山东省自然科学基金1项,参与国家自然科学基金5项。获山东农业大学教学成果奖1项,指导学生获省级、校级奖项多项。获批国家发明专利4项,发表SCI论文多篇。
教学工作
承担本科生《细胞生物学实验》《细胞工程综合实验》。
研究方向
1.小麦抗逆基因的克隆和功能鉴定: 以山东主产小麦济麦JM为研究对象,研究小麦蜡质对小麦高温干旱抗性的影响,挖掘与小麦高温干旱相关重要基因。
2.植物组织快繁技术改进与优化: 主要以铁皮石斛、蝴蝶兰等重要药用、观赏价值的植物材料,与企业联合优化植物组织快繁技术。
