个人简介

郑成超,博士,教授,博士生导师。现任作物生物学国家重点实验室副主任。2002年至2018年任生命科学学院院长。2004年入选国家“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人才,2007年入选教育部“长江学者创新团队”带头人,2008年入选山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家,2012年入选泰山学者特聘教授。《植物学报》、《农业生物技术学报》编委。1982年毕业于山东农业大学留校任教至今,先后获山东农业大学农学硕士和中国农业大学理学博士学位。1989年赴丹麦哥本哈根研修种子技术,1992年至1996年赴美国加利福尼亚大学戴维斯分校植物生物学系留学,主要从事植物分子生物学方面的研究。2001年赴美国北卡罗莱纳大学合作研究, 主要进行了转基因表达调控的研究。围绕植物抗逆性的分子调控,近年来主持承担了国家“863”、国家“973”、国家转基因植物研究专项和国家自然科学基金等多项课题。在《Molecular Cell》、《Nucleic Acids Research》、《Plant Physiology》和《中国科学》等国内外著名学术刊物上发表论文80多篇。“植物应答温度和高盐胁迫基因的挖掘和调控机制研究”获2015年山东省自然科学二等奖。

研究方向

 1.植物重要功能基因的克隆、鉴定与利用:以重要农作物玉米、棉花、烟草以及模式植物拟南芥为研究材料,利用正向和反向遗传学策略,克隆与作物抗逆性等密切相关的功能基因,探讨这些基因的表达模式及其调控机制,研究其在作物遗传改良上的利用价值,获得拥有自主知识产权的基因资源。

 2.基因表达调控元件的鉴定与应用:主要研究植物组织特异型启动子和诱导型启动子的表达调控机制与应用,探索植物small RNADNA甲基化、核基质结合序列MARmatrix attachment region)在转录水平上对基因表达的调控机制。
