 研究方向

主要致力于高性能钙钛矿光电器件制备及其第一性原理研究,针对如何提高钙钛矿光伏器件稳定性与载流子利用率的关键性问题,通过器件制备与表征、第一性原理模拟研究和超快载流子动力学的理论-实验联合探索,从材料设计、维度调控、取向调控等角度对钙钛矿光伏器件的界面异质结工程做出系统性的探究。

在相关领域做出了一系列有影响力的工作,已发表高质量SCI期刊论文40余篇(以通讯、第一、共同第一作者在Nature Reviews MaterialAdvance Materials 等高水平期刊发表SCI论文17篇),公开发明专利1项,并受邀成为JMCCRSC AdvancesEnergy & Environmental Materials等国际SCI期刊审稿人。
