副教授
1987年生,南京大学化学化工学院副教授。2015年获南京大学理学博士学位,2016年留校担任副研究员,2020年任职副教授。获得国家自然科学基金青年基金、面上项目、江苏省自然科学基金优秀青年基金等项目支持。主要研究方向为光学显微成像技术、电分析化学和纳米生物传感等。欢迎对光学显微成像、纳米生物分析等方向感兴趣的同学加入我们的研究团队。

主要研究方向着眼于功能纳米材料的合成及其在单细胞、单分子成像分析中的应用研究,利用自主研制的时空分辨光谱显微镜、石墨烯电化学显微镜、表面等离子共振耦合暗场显微镜、电致化学发光显微镜等仪器设备及配套软件,发展出一系列基于单颗粒纳米探针技术的单分子、单细胞原位成像分析方法,并将其应用于解决单细胞完整自噬过程的动态追踪、细胞内局部瞬态热的时空分辨成像、单分子电子传递过程的动力学检测、miRNA单分子杂交动力学分析等一系列生命分析中的科学问题。目前以第一作者和通讯作者身份在Nat. Commun.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Nano Lett.、ACS Nano、Adv. Func. Mater.、Chem. Sci.、Anal. Chem. 等国际高水平期刊上发表论文16篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金、面上项目、江苏省自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金等项目。
