个人简历
                     

王毅庆,2005年获得美国乔治亚理工化学与生化博士,2006-2011年美国Emory大学博士后,2011-2013年Emory大学研究类助理教授,2013年南京大学现代工学院生物医学工程系教授。目前,课题组承担国家科技部重点研发项目一项,江苏省重点研发(临床前沿技术)3项。此外,课题组还在新型抗癌药物研发及磁性医学成像纳米材料等研究方面取得重大突破。     

本课题组的研究项目充分体现了现代工程与应用科学学院的工学学科特色,将科研成果高效地转化到实际应用中,并且在科研转化中注重基础研究,发表了多篇高水平论文,并申请十余项专利。

1. 数字化荧光影像手术导航技术在临床医学中的应用,包括:设备核心器件的设计和优化,新型荧光显影剂的设计、合成与应用。

2. 全新机理类纳米肿瘤化疗药物的设计、合成与应用,包括:新机理药物的设计与表征,机理探索,成药性评价,新药申报等。

3. 新型抗乙肝病毒小分子药物的设计、合成与评估,包括:新型药物的设计与合成,成药性评价,新药申报等。

4. 新型医用磁性纳米粒子的设计、制备与应用,包括:新型医用磁性纳米粒子的设计、修饰、代谢特点、机理及应用等。
