1997年南京医科大学获临床医学学士学位，2007年南京大学生命科学院获生理学博士学位。2007年起任南京大学医学院讲师、副教授。2011年成为江苏省第八批“六大人才高峰”高层次人才培养对象。2013年11月至2014年10月赴美国国立卫生院国家癌症研究所访学。发表SCI收录论文和国内核心期刊论文40余篇，合著编书4册/部。主持国家和省部级基金及横向课题多项。
