主要研究方向集中于智能响应型纳米材料与功能化表界面设计、制备及其在体内成像与精准治疗、高灵敏生物分析与即时现场检测中的应用。针对常用体内成像与精准治疗方法中灵敏度欠缺、信号放大所需时间较长、特异性缺乏的一系列问题,在细胞内构建具有微纳结构的纳米反应器加速信号放大反应,实现活细胞内高效灵敏信号放大;并进一步利用外界刺激与细胞内微环境为响应开关,实现精准可控的药物递运与治疗。
