黄硕教授长期从事单分子生物物理和单分子纳米孔测序技术的新仪器,新方法研究。在纳米孔单分子成像、纳米孔检测方面具有多项原创性技术。近五年,黄硕教授于在Nature Methods、Nature Nanotechnology、JACS、Angewandte Chemie、Nature Communications、Science Advances、Nano Lett和ACS Nano等期刊发表通讯作者论文30余篇。相关著作于Nature Nanotechnology、Physics World、ASU News等期刊或媒体报道。黄硕教授所开发技术吸引到了众多投资或产业机构关注,并已展开具体的专利转化和技术落地的合作商谈。已授权国际专利2项、国内专利1项,申请PCT专利若干项。


黄硕教授主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目/重大研究计划培育项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、中央高校基本科研业务费(国际科技合作促进项目/原创与交叉研究培育基金)等多项科研项目。
