On March 17, a cooperation exchange meeting between NEU School of Future Technology and Huawei Research Institute (Beijing) was held in room 308, Hanqing Hall. Jiang Changhong, Deputy Director of Huawei Research Institute (Beijing), and Wang Jianhua, Vice-president of NEU, were present at the meeting. Relevant leaders of the Recruitment and Deployment Department of Huawei Research Institute (Beijing) and NEU School of Future Technology, and teacher representatives from the College of Computer Science and Engineering and the Faculty of Robot Science and Engineering of NEU attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the head of NEU School of Future Technology introduced the preliminary work progress of the “Intelligent Base” project of the Ministry of Education and the “Challenges” project of Huawei undertaken by NEU. The head of the Recruitment and Deployment Department of Huawei Research Institute (Beijing) reported the cooperation plan for talent cultivation and industry-education integration. Teacher representatives from related colleges and schools had sufficient exchange on talent cultivation and curriculum system optimization.
