During May 29-30, the 17th Seminar on Public Administration across the Taiwan Straits, Hong Kong and Macao was held at NEU, which was presented by the School of Humanities and Law and the Research Institute of Cross-cultural Strategy of NEU. A number of well-known experts and scholars in the field of public administration from Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao districts were invited to have academic exchanges and in-depth discussions on the theme of “Innovation in Theory and Practice of Grass-roots Social Governance”. A total of 235 papers submitted by experts and scholars from more than 80 universities and research institutions were received, and more than 4,000 people shared this “academic feast” online.
After the seminar, an internal meeting was held to discuss the form and theme of the future seminars.
