January 17, the science and technology exchange meeting between Northeastern University and Baosteel Co., Ltd. was held in Shanghai Baosteel Co., Ltd.. Jin Zaike form Yancheng Steel Engineering Command Center of Baosteel Co., Ltd. and Wang Guodong, Member of China Engineering Academy attedned this meeting.
During the meeitng, Jin Zaike said that, facing the future steel engineering, Baosteel would aim at realising high quality development, stick to the Green,Innovative, Intelligent, Refined and Cost-saving principle, and comprehensively study the latest Steel manufacturing technology, with and finally reached the goal of deepening coordination and innovation with universities, and together pushing the development of Baosteel.
Wang Guodong said Northeastern University had a deep history of cooperation with Baosteel. Northeastern University would stand by its own disciplinary advantage, and together promote the development of relevant technology with Baosteel by the deep cooperation in steel engineering.
