Recently, the evaluation result of the 2020 “Self-improvement Star of Chinese College Students” hosted by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China and All-China Students’ Federation with the theme of “Making Improvement during Youth, Striving to Take the Lead” was unveiled. Gulijiakere·Abulimiti, an undergraduate of our School of Business Administration, and Li Songchang, an undergraduate of the School of Control Engineering, NEU at Qinhuangdao, were evaluated as “Self-improvement Star of Chinese College Students”.
It is known that we have conducted 16 consecutive evaluations of the “Self-improvement Star” and recommended our excellent typical students to participate in the evaluation of the “Self-improvement Star of Chinese College Students”. Up to now, several of our students have been praised on a nationwide basis as role models of motivational growth.
