From April 12 to 15, Liaoning Ping Pong Contest for College Students for 2023 organized by the Educational Department of Liaoning Province and co-organized by Shenyang Sport University was held in Shenyang Sport University. The contest covered 35 universities. The Ping Pong team of NEU won men’s team runner-up for undergraduate in the contest. Fu Tingwei and Deng Li respectively won the third and the fifth place for men’s single. Chao Yige won the fifth place for women’s single. Chao Yige and Li Hanxue won the third place for women’s double.
It is reported that the Ping Pong team of NEU was instructed by full-time teacher of the Sports Department, and that all athletes showed courage in completing against strong enemies with their own sports style, showcasing the outstanding quality of self-improvement of NEU students.
