NEU held the autumn job fair with mutual selection for the 2025 graduates at the Liu Changchun Gymnasium and the Badminton and Table Tennis Hall on October 22-23. As the most highly anticipated large-scale recruitment event for the graduates, the "Autumn Job Fair with Mutual Selection" continued to gain popularity, attracting many key employers from key industries to participate actively. A total of 513 employers from 30 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities across China came to NEU to recruit talents and provide nearly 30,000 high-quality jobs for the graduates. The number and quality of participating employers continued to remain high. Statistically, the number of participating students exceeded 5,500.
NEU highly valued the important role of the "Autumn Job Fair with Mutual Selection" in promoting the full and high-quality employment of the graduates, continued to promote the tripartite linkage of government, university, and enterprises, and carried out employment services on multiple occasions, encouraging graduates to actively engage in key fields and industries. NEU promoted panoramic career development and employment guidance, expanding the value and connotation of the "Autumn Job Fair with Mutual Selection". Before this job fair, special lectures on the employment situation and job interviews for autumn recruitment, as well as "one-on-one communication and guidance between job seekers and professional career guidance teachers regarding resumes" activities, were held. A "consultation area" was set up on-site to provide graduates with real-time consultationincluding career, employment laws, employment psychology, employment policies, and Shenyang talent policy, in order to alleviate their employment pressure and meeting their diverse development needs.
As of now, a total of 578 offline job fairs, 40 group job fairs, and 31 online job fairs have been held for the 2025 graduates; NEU has published 1,884 online job postings; "NEU Career Development" WeChat official account pushed 750 subscribe notification. More than 3,000 employers, including China Academy of Engineering Physics, Baowu Group, Aerospace Science and Technology, Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, FAW Group, China State Construction, AVIC, China National Nuclear Corporation, China Gold, CRRC, Ansteel Group, China Mobile, China Unicom, Huawei, Inspur, ZTE, Midea, BOE, Geely, BYD, Tencent, Baidu, Hisense and other state-owned enterprises, Fortune 500 companies, China's top 500 companies and key industry enterprises, have conducted online or offline recruitment activities at NEU.
