王帅，等离子体物理 博士，理学院物理系 副教授。
自2003年起，从事低温等离子体交叉学科研究工作，攻读博士期间作为国家自然科学基金重点项目“低气压多频等离子体与材料相互作用”的参与者，对等离子体材料改性进行了系统的研究。2014年获得自然科学基金，青年项目“射频/直流联合驱动放电反应性等离子体特性的混合模拟”的资助。2019年起与中科院先进技术研究院合作开展等离子体生物医学方面的研究。在Physics of Plasmas、Nano-Micro Letters、Applied Physics Letters、Journal of Alloys & Compounds、Nanoscale等国内外著名学术刊物上发表多篇论文。目前主要研究方向为低温等离子体物理在生物医学与半导体芯片制造领域的应用。
