何玉灵,男,1984年7月生于福建龙岩,汉族,客家人,博士,教授,博士生导师,机械工程系副主任(主管科研,副处级)、电力机械装备先进制造与智能运维河北省工程研究中心副主任。中国振动工程学会动态测试专委会委员,水电机械设备设计与运维湖北省重点实验室学术委员会委员,河北省振动工程学会常务副理事长,河北省青年拔尖人才,河北省“三三三人才工程”二层次人选,保定市市管优秀专家,数字河北青年标兵,冀青之星标兵,IEEE Senior Member,《振动、测试与诊断》、《Mathematical Problems in Engineering》等多个国内外期刊编委和学术编辑。
