Inthira Roopsawang has completed her Ph.D. (Nursing) from School of Nursing, University of Washington at Seattle, USA. She is currently an assistant professor at Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University. Her research interests focusing on frailty and sarcopenia in older adults, innovative care and mHealth in older adults, physical activity/health restoration in older adults with orthopaedic conditions, and risk management & quality of nursing care. She has received research grants from various resources, and her research studies were published in international and national journals. With her expertise in older adults, particularly those with frailty and sarcopenia along with orthogeriatric, she has been serving as a reviewer of several national and international journals. As a university academic staff, she teaches undergraduate and graduate nursing students and serves as a thesis advisor; she received an outstanding teacher award in 2020.
