The platform consists of a three-phase asynchronous motor and a permanent magnet synchronous motor, the middle part of them is a torque sensor. We use a four-quadrant inverter based on the DSP 28335 and communicate with the PC via CAN. Through the host computer controller parameters can be easily debugged, and we can control two motors. Inverter DC power from a three-phase uncontrolled rectifier regulator provided. Motor speed and rotor position information are gotten through the photoelectric encoder, and the control platform sampling frequency is 5kHz.
The platform can simulate the application of induction motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor for different applications such as electric, braking, energy feedback and other conditions, advanced control algorithm of the induction motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor. At present, off-line parameter identification of induction motor, speed closed loop vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor and induction motor, and speed sensorless control experiment of induction motor have been completed.
