工程咨询企业知识管理成熟度研究

摘 要

随着知识经济的兴起,人们逐渐意识到知识管理给工作带来的便捷,知识管理在工程咨询企业创新和转型过程中的作用也越来越显著。工程咨询企业纷纷尝试实施知识管理,目前有些工程咨询企业虽然建立了知识管理体系,制定了大量规章制度,并且耗费很多资源进行知识管理工作,但由于一些企业没有找准自身定位,盲目实施知识管理活动,收效甚微。因此,研究工程咨询企业知识管理成熟度,可以为工程咨询企业提供一种评估自身知识管理水平的方法,帮助其全面剖析问题,找准知识管理水平提升的发力点,提高企业知识管理水平。

本文首先对工程咨询企业知识管理现状、成熟度模型理论进行研究,分析了工程咨询企业知识的内涵、特点及工程咨询企业知识管理的定义、目标、原则。然后,构建了工程咨询企业知识管理成熟度模型,将工程咨询企业的知识管理成熟度分为5级;采用文献研究法对影响工程咨询企业知识管理的要素进行筛选,建立了知识管理成熟度评价指标体系,包括类别层2层,要素层5个指标,指标层25个指标,用层次分析法确定了权重;最后,以Y工程咨询企业作为实证分析的对象,利用模糊综合评价法对Y工程咨询企业的知识管理进行评价,得出其知识管理成熟度等级为“初始级”,根据知识管理成熟度评价结果给出企业知识管理改进建议。通过工程咨询企业知识管理成熟度评价研究,为工程咨询企业提供了一种新的知识管理方式,帮助企业找到知识管理提升的方向,从而有效提高知识管理水平。

Abstract

With the rise of knowledge economy, people gradually realize the convenience brought by knowledge management to work, and knowledge management plays an increasingly significant role in the innovation and transformation process of engineering consulting enterprises. Engineering consulting enterprises try to implement knowledge management one after another. At present, although some engineering consulting enterprises have established knowledge management system, formulated a large number of rules and regulations, and spent a lot of resources to carry out knowledge management, some enterprises fail to find their own positioning and blindly implement knowledge management activities, with little effect.Therefore, the research on the maturity of knowledge management of engineering consulting enterprises can provide a method for engineering consulting enterprises to evaluate their own knowledge management level, help them comprehensively analyze problems, identify the starting point of improving knowledge management level, and improve the level of enterprise knowledge management.

This paper firstly studies the current situation and maturity model theory of knowledge management of engineering consulting enterprises, and analyzes the connotation and characteristics of knowledge management of engineering consulting enterprises as well as the definition, objectives and principles of knowledge management of engineering consulting enterprises.Then, the knowledge management maturity model of engineering consulting enterprises is constructed, and the knowledge management maturity of engineering consulting enterprises is divided into five levels.The factors affecting the knowledge management of engineering consulting enterprises were screened by literature research method, and the knowledge management maturity evaluation index system was established, including 2 levels of category, 5 indicators of factor level and 25 indicators of indicator level. The weight was determined by the analytic hierarchy process. Finally, Y engineering consulting enterprise is taken as the object of empirical analysis, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the knowledge management of Y engineering consulting enterprise, and its knowledge management maturity level is obtained as the "initial level". According to the evaluation results of knowledge management maturity, Suggestions for the improvement of enterprise knowledge management are given. Through the evaluation of knowledge management maturity of engineering consulting enterprises, a new knowledge management mode is provided for engineering consulting enterprises, which can help enterprises find the direction of knowledge management improvement and effectively improve the level of knowledge management.
