基于人脸识别的石化施工作业许可管理系统研究

随着石化行业的发展,石化工程建设项目不断增多,难度也不断增大,一旦发生事故,会对作业人员生命安全和财产造成重大影响。因此,要保障石化施工作业过程中的安全,就要保证施工作业许可管理的有效实施。本文针对石化施工过程的作业许可管理,开展了以下研究:

根据国内现行的石化施工作业许可管理制度,结合实地调研,总结了目前石化施工作业许可管理在实际实施过程中的问题,并以此为突破点,从全新的管理理论角度将石化施工作业许可管理中各要素规整为产品、组织、过程三个层面进行分析,提出了基于POP模型的石化施工作业许可管理一体化架构。基于此,对石化施工作业许可管理系统进行需求分析,设计了石化施工作业许可管理系统的功能、数据库及工作流程。

为实现石化施工作业许可管理系统的实时动态管控,基于人脸识别技术,采用YOLOv3MTCNNInsightFace算法,对进场人员进行行人检测、人脸检测、人脸识别以及人员时间序列的建立和跟踪,构建施工人员进场的人脸快速识别模型,对施工作业许可自动验证;最后,将开发完成的石化施工作业许可管理系统应用于某石化工程项目,介绍和展示了该系统的各项功能及应用效果。

本研究通过工程实例,验证了基于POP模型的石化施工作业许可管理系统在实际工程中的有效性,实现了石化施工作业许可管理的纸质化向电子化的转变,作业许可资格检查的后置化、随机化向前置化、全员化的转变,从源头确保了入场作业人员的作业资格,对于工程施工类安全管理模式具有借鉴意义。

Abstract

With the development of the petrochemical industry, the number of petrochemical engineering construction projects continues to increase, and its difficulty continues to increase. Once an accident occurs, it will have a significant impact on the life safety and property of operators. Therefore, to ensure the safety during the petrochemical construction operation, it is necessary to ensure the effective implementation of construction operation permit management. In this paper, the following research is carried out for the management of permitting to work in the petrochemical construction process.

According to the current petrochemical construction operation permit management system in China, combined with on-site investigations of petrochemical construction permitting to work management, it is concluded that the current petrochemical construction permitting to work management in practice mainly involves the tedious management of paper operation permits and the lack of information exchange among participants in operation permit management. And the lack of dynamic management of the operation permit management process; taking this as a breakthrough point, from the perspective of a new management theory, the elements of the petrochemical construction operation permit management were structured into three levels, product, organization, and process. The analysis was based on POP. Model integrated framework for petrochemical construction operation permit management. Based on this, the requirements analysis of the petrochemical construction operation permit management system was carried out, and the function, database and workflow of the petrochemical construction operation permit management system were designed.

In order to achieve real-time dynamic management and control of the petrochemical construction operation permit management system, based on face recognition technology, YOLOv3, MTCNN, InsightFace algorithms are used to perform pedestrian detection, face detection, face recognition, and establishment and tracking of personnel time series. , Construct a face recognition model for construction personnel to enter the site, and automatically verify the construction operation permit. Finally, the petrochemical construction operation permission management system developed is applied to a petrochemical project, and the functions of the system are introduced and demonstrated. And application effects.

This study verified the effectiveness of the petrochemical construction operation permit management system based on the POP model in actual engineering through engineering examples, and realized the change from paper-based to electronicization of petrochemical construction operation permit management. The transformation from randomization to randomization and pre-employment ensures the operation qualifications of the entry workers from the source, which is of significance for the safety management mode of engineering construction.
