题 目1： Study of Plasma Response to Magnetic Perturbations in AUG

摘要：

Plasma response is very important in understanding the control of MHD instabilities by using Magnetic Perturbation fields (MPs) in tokamak plasma.

The plasma responses to MPs were measured by using 3D magnetic probes in AUG H-mode plasmas. The plasma responses show clear dependence on the MP spectrum (phase differences between upper and lower B coils). This may link to the ELM behavior during the MP spectrum scan and could be a key to understand the ELM mitigation.

Besides, MP can also lead to the locking of Neo-classical Tearing Modes (NTMs), which may finally cause disruption. However, the non-uniformly rotation of NTM, driven by MPs before locking, can be used to increase the efficiency of ECCD based NTM control. This idea has been proposed and will be tested in AUG in 2015-16 campaign.
