He received his bachelor's degree from Peking University in 2002 and doctorate degree from Stanford University in 2008. He was a senior researcher of Dow Chemical in the United States and president of Guoxuan Institute of Advanced Science in Hefei. Mainly engaged in electrochemical energy storage research, presided over a number of national projects in the field of energy storage battery key research and development program, Youth 973 and joint fund key projects, as the second financer won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress, as the first financer won the first prize of Xinjiang Science and Technology Progress, China Electrotechnical Society Science and Technology Progress and the first Youth Science and Technology Award. He has published more than 200 SCI papers as the first/corresponding author and obtained more than 100 patents. He is an editorial board member and academic editor of Interdisciplinary Materials of Energy Storage Science and Technology.
