Mingjie Feng is currently a full Professor with Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He received the B.E. and M.E. degrees from the School of Electronic Information and Communications, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2010 and 2013, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Auburn University, Auburn, AL, USA, in 2018.  He was a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ, USA.  He was a Research Scientist with Intelligent Fusion Technology, Germantown, MD, USA. He is a recipient of various awards, including Best Paper Award of Digital Communications and Networks, Best Reviewer of IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, and Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-financed Students Abroad.  He has published 50+papers, including 26 first-author papers and 15 first-author/corresponding-author SCI papers. He has 1 granted US patent. He is an associate editor of IEEE Networking Letters and Digital Communications and Networks. He was or is a Technical Program Committee Member of various IEEE conferences, including IEEE INFOCOM, IEEE MASS, IEEE ICC, IEEE WCSP, IEEE CSCN, and IEEE CCNC.
