Abstract: 网络媒体是否能设定网络公众的议程？本研完分析百度指数提供的331家网络媒体的媒体 关注度和受众关注度,发现二者呈显著的正相关,表明网络媒体其备议程设里功能,能够引 导网络公众舆论。但是,根据互联网统计数据时这一结果的进一步解读,我们发现网络舆论 只被少数网民所信任,所以迄今为止网络舆论还不够构成主流舆论。
