钙钛矿太阳能电池,主要开展大面积钙钛矿多晶薄膜可控生长方法,钙钛矿多晶薄膜缺陷抑制与修复方法,界面修饰与阻隔封装策略,高效率、高稳定性大面积钙钛矿太阳能电池/模组器件构筑与多应力稳定性机制研究。

科研成果
近年来,围绕“高效且稳定钙钛矿光伏材料与器件”,揭示钙钛矿成核与生长结晶调控机制,发展了钙钛矿多晶薄膜生长方法,实现了大面积钙钛矿多晶薄膜可控制备;发展了钙钛矿多晶薄膜缺陷抑制与修复方法,解决了活性层体相与表界面缺陷态难以调控的问题,实现器件性能的提升;发展了全界面修饰与多元阻隔薄膜策略,抑制了材料与器件的衰退,实现了高效率、高稳定性钙钛矿电池与模组。以第一/通讯作者(含共同)身份发表论文70余篇,包括Nature 1篇、Nature Energy 2篇、Nature Materials 1篇、Nature Communications 5篇、Science Advances 1篇、Joule 1篇等。目前,Google Scholar 引用10000余次,H指数47,ESI高被引论文15篇、热点论文4篇。
