个人简介
李健,研究员,工学博士,博士生导师,新型电机与特种电磁装备教育部工程研究中心副主任,IEEE高级会员,中国电工技术学会高级会员,中国电器工业协会牵引分会个人理事,IEEE PES中国区电动汽车电驱动技术分委会理事,《大电机技术》《控制与信息技术》期刊编委,国际电磁学会、国际电机及系统会议技术委员。主要从事驱动电机设计和控制技术研究,主持承担了国家重点研发计划课题、国家重点研发计划政府间重点专项、国家自然科学基金青年、面上项目、湖北省重点研发计划、广西重大专项等纵向课题,并获得中车、东风、商飞、航天科工、湘电等行业重点企业的连续资助,在轴向磁通电机、磁浮轴承高速电机、大功率牵引变流控制等方面取得重要成果。发表SCI/EI收录学术论文200余篇, 其中以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文50篇,ESI高被引2篇,授权发明专利50余项。
研究生培养:
研究生指导过程中坚持国家战略需求导向,引导学生关注学科国际前沿知识,并注重培养学生的国际学术视野。多位同学参加国际会议获得杰出论文奖、最佳论文奖,并已第一作者发表SCI论文,被推荐到国外一流研究机构深造。近年来培养了一批基本功扎实、专业功底过硬的高素质硕士、博士毕业生,受到合作企业和用人单位的高度认可,毕业生被推荐到新能源汽车、工业自动化、电力等行业知名企业重要研发岗位任职,薪资待遇优厚。
