高垚，华中科技大学教授，博士生导师，国家和湖北省海外高层次人才计划入选者。主要从事有机半导体、有机无机杂化钙钛矿半导体材料的设计与合成及相关光电器件性能研究。在直接芳基化缩聚合成高迁移率共轭聚合物、新型内嵌有机半导体的二维有机无机杂化钙钛矿量子阱的设计与构建、高迁移率薄膜场效应晶体管等方面取得了一系列重要研究进展。目前已在国际权威期刊上共发表SCI论文30余篇，申请美国国家发明专利2项。其中一作/通讯...
