Personal Profile
Dr. Wu Fei, professor, supervisor of doctorate candidates ,is among Wuhan Chenguang Talents, “3551”talents. She serves as the deputy secretary general of Information and Security Industry Association, standing committee member of Information Storage Committee, member of Computer System and Architecture Committee. She is the director of the Joint Laboratory Intelligent Storage Technology between HUST and Shanghai Weigu Technology Co., LTD., and the deputy director of “HUST -- Huawei” Innovation Center of Transformative Storage Technology. She served as a visiting scholar in the Data Storage Center of Carnegie Mellon University, the Data Storage Laboratory of the University of Central Florida and the Storage Division of IBM. She has won the second prize of Technology Invention Award of Hubei Province and the second prize of Military Science and Technology Progress. Her research interests include computer system and architecture, non-volatile memory, intelligent storage, memory evaluation technology, etc. She has participated in the formulation of the national standard of "solid-state Disk Performance Test". She has presided over more than 20 projects supporte by NSFC, National key R&D Program, provincial major projects and cooperation projects with Huawei, Alibaba and IBM. She has published more than 60 articles in the field of storage in top journals and conferences including TC, ToS, TCAD, TECS, TDMR, FAST, Eurosys, PACT, DAC, MSST, ESWEEK, DATE, ICCD, etc. She has applied for over 30 invention patents and 6 software Copyrights. She is the guest reviewer of TC, ToS, TCAD, TODAES, TVLSI and other international journals, and the Program Committee member of CODES-ISSS 2021-2022, NCIS2016-2018, NAS 2017-2019, HPBD&IS 2019-2020.
